We created our proprietary platform to address the inefficiencies we dealt with each running a nationwide settlement services operation. After countless phone calls, faxes, emails, and lost hours manually sorting through files every day, we recognized how quickly a business can reach a point of diminishing returns because of operational inefficiencies.

At some point, every operation reaches a threshold at which they are so bogged down with closing the business they have on the books – by keeping track of minute details, fixing errors, tracking down information and documents, etc. – that they are either unable to bring in new business or unable to do so profitably.
